Collective Authors License
Definitions
- Work: In this context, "Work" includes text data, concepts, ideas, images, animations, audio and video files, 3D models, code, and any other creative materials created as part of a collaborative project.
- Authors: Individuals who participate in the creation of the Work and make a significant contribution to it.
Rights and Responsibilities of Authors
- Use of Contributions: By participating in the creation of the Work, an author automatically grants permission for their contributions to be used for the creation of further works within this setting.
- Authorship: Each author retains the right to authorship of their individual contributions.
- Share of Profits: In the event of earning profits from commercial use of the Work, each author is entitled to a proportional share of the profits based on their contribution to the creation of the Work.
- Monetization: All authors have a say in matters related to the monetization of the Work. Commercial use requires unanimous consent from all authors.
- Transfer of Rights: An author has the right to transfer their copyright to any person, provided that the transfer of rights is agreed upon by the remaining authors.
Restrictions
- Commercial Use: Commercial use of the Work or any part thereof without the consent of all authors is prohibited.
- Creation of Derivative Works: Creation of derivative works based on the Work without the consent of all authors is prohibited.
- Translations and Distribution: The Work may be freely distributed and translated, provided that authorship is acknowledged and the conditions of this license are adhered to.
- Private and Public Display: The Work may be freely demonstrated for non-commercial purposes, provided that authorship is acknowledged and the conditions of this license are adhered to.
Conflict Resolution
In case of disagreements among authors regarding the use of the Work or distribution of profits, all issues must be resolved through discussion and consensus of all authors. Miscellaneous
